		<description>Salads are yummy! I have been making my own dressing with lowfat (or fatfree) Activia yogurt. You can add a little honey to sweeten it, seasonings, a tad olive oil/vinegar-or throw in some salza if you want a Mexican flavor. I found a really yummy &amp; bean salza at Wal-mart.</description>
