About Us
What kind of people take the time to do sites like this anyway? I can’t answer for anyone else, but I can tell you a little about us. We’re not a perfect family. We don’t have a perfect marriage, a perfectly clean or stylish house, or perfectly loving, obedient children. It’s not because we have arrived at some enviable place in wisdom or practice that we are doing this. We are on a journey. For us, it began 16 years ago when we created this family by marrying on a sunny June day. It’s been a rocky road, for a lot of reasons. Along the way, we’ve cried and laughed and prayed. And, by the way, added six precious children (so far). We have learned a lot, which we hope to share with others. We are still on a journey – seeking to know more, grow more, love more selflessly. We have only begun, in our estimation. And yet, that stated, we can probably share a few laughs, tears, tips and steps forward with all of you. It’s not easy to thrive in a large family without a fair amount of strategy and a whole lot of encouragement. We hope you will find both here.
